Sky to sea, and falling from the blue to blue, Deeper fears about what we could do. Effortless and free, When you belong to me. But I don't really know my mind, So I'm Coming Home. I'm drummed out, and where I am I don't belong. Breaking out has never felt so wrong. No matter what I do, I'll be running back to you. I guess that's just where I roam free, So I'm Coming Home, I'm Coming Home. I'm lowering the stakes, and going back to old familiar. Woah, but if I go there I know I won't, I still can't see you. Self-sufficiency has paid off bad it seems. Life is real, and my dreams are dreams. I even changed my name, But I'll be going all the same. This place is slowly killing me, So I'm Coming Home, I'm Coming Home, I'm Coming Home, I'm Coming Home, I'm Coming Home.

Did a bell ring softly under plains today? Underneath Cardigan Bay. While your princes stand watch with eyes opened wide, To move the world gates at low tide. Went to the Toll House, On the shores of the West Parade. Cops on the summit, Took your memory away. So “see you later”, Or I’ll probably never see you again. Doomed with an island, Sink forever in the end. Sink forever to the end. Was the King Seithenyn drunk and overcome? In today’s sunken kingdom. Or did they find you buried deep beneath the sand? Your one-hundred, your lowland? Went to the Toll House, On the shores of the West Parade. Cops on the summit, Took your memory away. So “see you later”, Or I’ll probably never see you again. Doomed with an island, Sink forever in the end. Sink forever to the end. And in the morning you will be gone. You’ll go on and on and on.

Orme Glow 03:07
To believe, All the stupid things I see. When my job wasn’t good, And I misunderstood, Everything I thought was alright. I don’t mind, I’ll leave it all behind. When you find me I’ll be on the otherside. I moved too slow, I was moving backwards in the snow. I was over the hump, But now since I’ve been dumped, Things have blown up in my face. I’m too naive, I have nothing up my sleeve. My days are numbered until I’m Orme, And I rise, And I glow. Until I’m Orme, and I rise, and I glow. They played me good, They played me better than they should. But in pinning the blame, On myself I contain, All depressions that I should not hide. It seems right, That it all ends up in strife. I’ll be better when I’m Orme, And I rise, And I glow. When I’m Orme, and I rise, and I glow. When I’m Orme, and I rise, and I glow.

ODST 02:32
I belong, I belong with Soldier Bob along the frontlines, The British Infantry can’t do without me unless I’m playing on the bagpipes. I’ll march them to the grave, To Scotland The Brave. Virtually, virtually we’re all after the same thing. Legacy, the need to last, we all try to Holdfast to feel a great sense of connection. In 1821, That’s where it all began. Say my name, say my name and I will be forever lasting, I’ll never come to harm once the sun’s over the yardarm and I'm sitting all alone. And escapism’s the crime, In Orme Daylight Savings Time.

All in all is he, To be what he wants to be, And hold him down. I scratched my heart, And pulled myself apart. And burned it down. Never gonna go back home. Never gonna go back home again. I had my song, I had it all along. And made it up myself. It’s never true, Never to me or you. And all in all. Never gonna go back home. Never gonna go back home again. Never gonna go back home again. Never gonna go back home again.

Cannockian 04:27
Jammed like a broken dogleg on the M6 toll, You’d put it down, if you knew it wouldn’t come around. Scraping on three spires with one toe chewed by the Wolves, The Cannock hole, cut me open and I’m bleeding coal. Over rubbish hills to mines where I belong, Forest green, more haunted than the day is long. The okie from Cannokie, has a ring you can’t unhear. So the Chase Line whistles through the stench of piss and beer. I want to be more than I know that I can be, But that’s okay, ‘cos I’ve got money on my mind again. The redevelopment of Eastern Way looks good, A nod to be, more than what my birthright says I should. Over rubbish hills to mines where I belong, Multistories, more haunted than the day is long. The okie from Cannokie, has a ring you can’t unhear. So the Chase Line whistles through the stench of piss and beer. Old, bored and blue, Could I be the one for you?

I quit my job, And bought myself a meadow, And bought the keys to a car. Ooh, I’ll drive so far. I grew some trees, And paved myself a long stretch of road, That leads away from here, Where it leads I do not fear. In my dreams, I’ve gone to California, And I’ll never be the same, Never build a home again. Every day you see me, And every day you get older than the day before, Older and deader to the core. On the shores, Of America, I hang around for my love, Is nothing else worth thinking of? In my dreams, I’ve gone to California, And I’ll never be the same, Never build a home again, If not today, I wonder when? Never to grow old with them.

Who raised the gates of heaven, Atop of Electric Orme? On starry 5th of June, Saint Tudno watches you. I want to be electric, I want to become the Orme. I’m going from coast to coast, I’m going to break the storm. What drove the herd from hillside, Atop of Electric Orme? What’s buried in these mines? That broke these tramway lines? I want to be electric, I want to become the Orme. I did this on my own, This rock could be a home.

Special thanks to Alex Rushfirth and Jacob Cunningham for words of guidance and encouragement during the earliest days of recording. To Mono Works for the ever-helpful feedback and playtesting throughout the creative process. A very special thanks to co-producer A Paranoid King, who offered more of his time and counsel than anyone can reasonably ask for - I would not have finished this project without his invaluable support and input at every step. Lastly, additional thanks to all other heavy friends who endured the process as a sounding board for ideas, frustration, or self-indulgence. I appreciate you all!
